Our Story

Who We Are

Incoho Consulting Group is an energy-focused management advisory firm that works with business leaders in some of the world's best-known firms. Founded in 2009, we have steadily grown to an employee base of about 20 consultants between our three offices.  Our consultants drive strategic projects spanning restructuring to digitization, strategic IT planning to process optimization, for leading energy companies intent on building "utility of the future" business models.

How We Work

Incoho works in highly focused teams - typically a partner and two to four consultants - in conjunction with key stakeholders in your organization.  Our job is to guide a healthy consideration of strategies that aren't working, frame alternatives, and facilitate decisions that only your management team can make.
